2007 Peterbilt

I am Chris Dreyer, owner of Dreyer Trucking and this 2007 Peterbilt.  I started this single truck trucking company 7 years ago at the age of 23 with a $20,000 truck to get me started in the industry.  In February of 2008, I purchased this truck from a small fleet in Wisconsin and immediately started making changes to make it my own. 

A few of the changes include a 20" flip bumper, lowered front suspension with air ride, rearranged cab lights, visor, 8" pipes, stretched the frame out to a 302"wb with flush mounted deck plate, WTI fenders, stationary 5th wheel and numerous others.  I have changed almost everything about this truck in the last 5 years except the original paint scheme.  I do all of the work myself with the exception of some help with paint work.  I'm currently pulling a 2008 Benson 524 flat bed with a matching Quick Draw curtain side kit.  I run throughout the lower 48 states hauling anything that will fit inside the trailer.

I grew up in a trucking family with the love of shiny trucks at a very young age.  I couldn't wait for Dad to get home on the weekends so we could work on his trucks. Anything from the basics of changing oil to washing and polishing if we had time left over; I loved it all.

I give a lot of credit to my wife for always being there for me, encouraging me to never give up through the tough times this economy has thrown at us. At the age of thirty I am living a childhood dream to own and drive a show truck.  Up and down the road, everyday, to support my family: Sarah, Kyle and Nick.  Hopefully someday my boys can share the same experiences as they travel down their own roads.
